Disability and Inclusion Program
Our Disability and Inclusion Program delivers inclusive, dog-facilitated social engagement programs for people with disabilities in the ACT. It aims to build confidence and strengthen long-term inclusion within the ACT community.

Our Services

Community Events
In partnership with disability organisations, we host accessible community events where dogs act as natural social mediators, reducing anxiety and lowering communication barriers.

Dog Foster, Ownership, and Adoption Support
Through extensive foster support – including covering set up costs, logistics, basic training, initial food costs, and medical treatment in line with our policies – we give program participants a chance to foster or adopt without the initial financial and resource stressors. We ensure safe, capability-matched placements that prioritise both foster carer and animal wellbeing.

Inclusive Dog Walking
Our flexible dog walking program allows participants to enjoy physical activity and canine companionship without the barrier of financial of long-term ownership responsibilities.
